Happy Wellness Wednesday everyone!! Spring is (basically) here in the midwest, which means it’s time for spring cleaning! Spring cleaning not only refreshes the home, but it also refreshes the mind, body, and spirit! Being a college student, it’s often a little too easy to slack on cleaning up around the apartment, especially with such a busy schedule! With that being said, I decided to create a checklist based around the living situations of college students that can be completed all at once, or throughout the spring season! This checklist can be used by anyone looking for inspiration and a guide for spring cleaning, and I even added in a few extra spaces for you to write down your own checklist items!
