Off-the-shoulder tops are the current trend, and I’ve been living in this tribal one! This top so cute and lightweight, and it’s a very reasonable price so definitely pick it up!! I paired the top with my favorite toothpick jeans from J Crew, and a super cute pair of leather peep toe mules! I otherwise kept the outfit very simple, but had to stop and grab a coffee (of course)! Not only is this the perfect look for a warm summer evening, but it’s the perfect look as we begin to transition into fall weather!
I love how fashion trends repeat themselves, and how the off-the-shoulder top and peep toe mules signify a time period from decades ago! Bell sleeves, embroidery, fringe, bell bottoms, high rise jeans/shorts, platform sandals, and strappy, lace up gladiators have been other popular trends that are reminiscent of the 70s and a hint of the 80s! That’s why I absolutely love fashion, it truly is a form of art and self expression that is constantly evolving!
