Happy Wellness Wednesday everyone!! It is a beautiful, sunny day in Michigan, perfect for an outdoor cardio sesh and a refreshing smoothie!
When it comes to smoothies, I like to constantly switch up flavor combinations and ingredients to fill my body with new and nutritious fruits and veggies! That brought me to sharing three of my favorite recipes, featuring some fresh, summer ingredients! Today’s Inspiration
I need to start drinking more green smoothies/juices! I wish there was a place close to my office that made them but no such luck. Guess I need to get myself a bit more organized in the mornings.

You can always make them the night before, and keep them in the fridge overnight if that helps!! Super easy!! Happy Wednesday! <3
