Happy beautiful Friday everyone! I hope you had a great week, and are ready for a wonderful weekend!

This past week I met up with my best friend Paige at the cutest café in Grand Rapids, Rower’s Club!  This place is adorable with a slight nautical vibe, and they offer an incredible selection of drinks!  We had the best time chatting and catching up; Paige is truly one of the most inspirational people I have ever met!

If you follow me on Instagram (@tessa_noelle) then you may have noticed me sharing my favorite white rose iced tea! I have been hooked on this iced tea from the moment I tried it at Rower’s Club (thanks to Paige!), and I knew I had to recreate the recipe! Since the specific tea wasn’t listed on the menu, I took to Google to find a white rose tea that somewhat resembled the tea used at the café (yes, I am clearly obsessed)!  My research paid off, because I found exactly what I was looking for!  The tea that I use for my recipe is the Numi Organic White Rose Tea, and not only does it taste identical but it could not be more simple to make!  YAY!

To Make

  • Bring water to a boil, and steep one Numi tea bag per 16 oz of water (I usually fill up a 16 oz coffee mug with boiling water, and use one tea bag).
  • Steep the tea bag in the water for 3 minutes for the best flavor.  The tea itself has a light flavor, which is so refreshing!
  • While the tea is steeping, fill up a large glass with ice cubes.
  • After 3 minutes, remove the tea bag and pour the hot tea into the glass filled with ice. You may have some extra hot tea left over, use that for a refill!
  • ENJOY! Quick, easy, and it tastes amazing!

I have been living off of this iced tea, especially since it has been warm and sunny in Michigan!  Also, today is a very special day because I am celebrating my last day in Grand Rapids with two of my best friends, Torie and Ally!  Doug and I are officially moving tomorrow morning and I could not be more excited (check out all of the details here)!  I couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to spend my last day in my favorite city!  I hope you all have a beautiful Friday, and enjoy your weekend!

Love & Good Vibes
