Part two of my spring trends featuring recipes, drinks, fitness, and inspiration…
During the winter we all enjoy warm, hearty meals and comfort food! But once warmer weather rolls around, lighter and healthier meals are a must! I eat a huge salad for lunch every day, and I love trying new combinations and flavors! I also love avocado toast (post coming soon!), and just eating fresh fruit! Acai and smoothie bowls are also a great option, and you can make them exactly how you like!
There’s nothing better than cold brew coffee, infused water, and organic smoothies! Light and refreshing drinks are a must have for spring, and they’re going to make your body feel absolutely amazing! But don’t forget to treat yourself to a cocktail, you deserve it!!
Once the weather starts warming up, make an effort to get outside and exercise! Whether it’s yoga, cardio, a hike, a bike ride, or taking a nice walk, getting outside is so amazing for your overall health! And cute workout clothes are always a must!
Spring is nice, but it’s also pretty stressful with exams and final projects/papers. I found these pictures on Pinterest and Instagram, and they’re perfect for a little pick me up!! Also, a inspirational post about studying for finals and handling stress is coming very soon!
Hi everyone, I hope you enjoyed part two of my spring trends! I had so much fun writing these posts, and I’m definitely going to write them for each season! Unfortunately it’s snowing in Michigan today, but we were able to enjoy some beautiful spring weather throughout the last few weeks!
